Ben Andrew, EdD, CSP, STS, CIT is the Vice President of Occupational Health & Safety at NFI, a leading 3rd party logistics company, and an Adjunct Organizational Leadership Professor at The University of Saint Katherine. Dr. Ben is a 13+ year safety professional, who has worked in aerospace, maritime, municipal, and defense industries. In 2022, Dr. Andrew was awarded Adjunct Professor of the Year.
He is a NAVY Veteran who holds a Master of Business Administration, Master of Theological Studies, and is a Doctor of Education (Grand Canyon University). His published research examines the emotion management of veterans entering the workforce. He has a passion for behavior-based safety and building organizational culture.
