BCSP Ambassadors

Bala Siva Srikanth Adivi, CSP is a TPL Specialist I for the Kuwait Oil Company in North Kuwait. He has 23 years of SH&E experience and is a chartered fellow of IOSH in addition to being a CSP. He is a BCSP Ambassador and extends his voluntary services to various professional associations, including ASSP and GSHP.

Bala has received many awards, the most recent being the 2020 ASSP Society Level Safety Professional of the Year Award. He has presented more than 40 technical papers at various international platforms and won the Best Paper Presenter Award at the SPE Conference. Additionally, he won the KOC CEO HSSE Award twice and was instrumental in helping his organization twice receive the ASSP Safety Innovation Award.
