BCSP Foundation’s Virtual Career Fair Continues to Grow

April 28 event provides professional advancement and networking opportunities

March 7, 2023

The fourth annual BCSP Foundation Virtual Career Fair is set for April 28, providing an online platform for safety, health, and environmental (SH&E) job seekers, industry professionals, students, and employers to make connections, discuss job opportunities, and grow professionally.

The event once again fittingly coincides with World Safety and Health Day at Work. Job seekers can register to attend for free.

This year’s fair will feature more than 20 speakers delivering pre-recorded presentations on topics ranging from safety leadership and communication to career planning, mental health, and much more. Attendees also gain access to the BCSP Foundation’s April 4 Webinar with Shirley Parsons, “How to Stand Out in the Current EHS job market.”

Employers can register to host a customized virtual booth, post available jobs and internships, meet prospective candidates, and enjoy access to the BCSP Career Center. Additional sponsorship opportunities provide even greater brand visibility for organizations.

For job seekers, the event is an opportunity to share resumes with top SH&E companies, network with potential employers, and even schedule live interviews for open positions. BCSP credential holders can also earn recertification points.

“I attended the BCSP Foundation Virtual Career Fair, and I was glad that I did,” said 2022 attendee Gary Edinbyrd, GSP. “I really liked being able to ask and answer questions in real time with safety professionals (from) all over the world.”

Last year’s Virtual Career Fair featured more than 1,300 registrants, nearly 500 resume submissions, and more than 6,700 virtual booth visits.

Register for free as a job seeker and enjoy a day of professional advancement, networking, and career opportunities at the 2023 Virtual Career Fair.
