The BCSP Certification Management System (CMS), which customers, candidates, and certificants log into through My Profile on the BCSP website, will be upgraded to a new version on October 29-31, 2017.
The CMS was first launched in October 2014, and has provided online access to credential management, including application and maintenance, for the past three years. The new version of the CMS improves the interface between user input and BCSP’s access to new data, which will further improve responsiveness.
Users can provide feedback on their experience using the system after its upgrade by sending comments via the link provided on the logout page. Comments support further development and are appreciated.
