The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC of America) has called on members across the country to hold a nationwide Coronavirus Safety Stand Down at job sites on Thursday, April 9, 2020.
BCSP encourages those who can to participate in the stand down.
Below is a special message from AGC of America CEO Stephen E. Sandherr on why you should participate. AGC of America is providing resources that you can use to keep your workers safe and support planning your stand down event, available for download here. They are also asking participating AGC of America members to let them know they will be participating in the stand down, how many workers will be involved, and if they would be willing to allow the media to observe the stand down, information that can be sent to the organization online here.
