BCSP is currently working on a brand new system for managing credentials online. When the new system is launched, users will be able to manage many features from one central location: My Account.

There are many areas users will be able to personally manage through the My Account portal including managing account information and applying online.

Account Information
All account information will be at users fingertips - from Recertification dates to your contact info. Need to update an email account or change your employer? Users can do it with just a few keystrokes 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. We encourage candidates and credential holders to review your account information on a regular basis and make sure everything is accurate.

Online Application
Long term credential holder applied the old fashioned way using paper application forms. In the near future, candidates will have the simplicity of an online application process. The new system walks candidates through the necessary steps to complete an application. At the end, candidates receive a printable Application Packet with any required forms such as Signature Page, Requests for Transcripts or Reference Sheets.

Other benefits of the new online system include purchasing examinations and tracking appointment times and locations with our examination vendor Pearson VUE. Employers will be able to manage employee credentials and sponsorships. It is our goal to make the process of applying for and managing credentials as easy and user-friendly as possible.
